Karl Lambert, ARNP has been in practice for over 25 years providing a very special type of care. He is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners since 1997 and graduated from the University of Kentucky. His uniquely compassionate approach coupled with innovative ideas such as the Direct Patient Care Model have helped transform healthcare. Karl specializes in primary care as well as bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). Karl loves practicing in the direct primary care model where he can spend time with patients and develop relationships with them. This allows him to deliver a personalized approach to each individual patient and have the opportunity to help them live healthier and more vibrant lives. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Kylie is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Masters of Nursing from Spring Arbor University. While attending graduate school she worked full-time in ICU. She completed her Bachelor of Biology at Northland College in Wisconsin where she met her loving husband. She chose nursing because you are given an opportunity to make a positive imprint on others’ lives. Over her nursing career she has learned that she is drawn to working in areas that allow for relationship building, problem solving, and humor which is one of many reasons PNWC is a perfect fit. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as boating, snowmobiling, reading, completing puzzles, and running.
Ipek Dols, ARNP brings a wealth of expertise in providing patient-centered care that integrates conventional medicine with a holistic approach. With a background in nursing and experience in Women’s Health, Addiction Medicine, and Aesthetics, Ipek is committed to addressing the root causes of health issues, emphasizing prevention, and fostering overall well-being. With her extensive clinical experience, Ipek collaborates closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, incorporating lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and evidence-based practices. Ipek is passionate about empowering individuals to take an active role in their health journey and strives to create a healing environment where patients feel heard, supported, and on the path to optimal health. Ipek grew up in Western Washington and graduated from the University of Washington School of Nursing with her Bachelors and Frontier Nursing University with her Masters. She is excited to move East of the Cascades to Chelan and be a part of this fantastic community. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband Michael and two Goldendoodles Zoey and Walter along with traveling to other countries.
Andrea has been in the healthcare industry for 10 years. During that time, she worked as a registered nurse for Colonial Vista in multiple roles. She loves that nursing gives her the opportunity to support others with their healthcare goals. She looks forward to supporting you with yours. When she’s not taking care of patients, she’s active with her church. She volunteers as a group leader for her church’s youth group. She had the opportunity to assist as the nurse for the youth groups mission trip to Roatan Honduras 2023.She has been happily married for eighteen years and a mother of two wonderful children.

Noemi has worked at PNWC for 12 years. She has 20 years of experience in a health care setting, including community clinics and now direct primary care. Noemi is experienced in administrative management, strategic planning, business development, and operations. She brings those years of diverse experience and passion to the PNWC team. In her spare time, Noemi enjoys traveling with her husband and making memories. Her goal is to keep adding stamps to her passport.
Quality Assurance Manager
Diana's experience and qualifications through her 14 years in healthcare has given her the ability to strategically plan, implement and oversee projects. She is known for handling stressful and challenging situations with the utmost professionalism and grace. Diana believes to be a good leader; you must be open to learn every detail of each role within the practice. She has experience in nursing homes, hospital settings, specialty clinics, and Direct Primary Care. In her spare time, Diana enjoys being active outdoors with her family and creating memorable moments with them.
